Grinding
After welding, the grinders take all uneven surfaces off or grind products to their exact tolerance before
the product is sent for powder coating.

Powder Coating This step ensures anti-rusting, chemical resistant and waterproofing of the finished products ranging in a palette of colours, and matt-smooth, glossy-smooth or textured finishing. Fine mists of dyed powder coated products are sent through a conveyor belt into a drying oven of up to 300°C. This melts and hardens finished products into a tough coat that has survived rigorous tests for cracking and corrosion resistance under high water pressure for three days and nights.

Final Assembly
Most electronic parts require a production line of sensitive assembly and a keen eye for detail. In completing the quality cycle, final measurements are confirmed with design specifications before releasing it as a proud piece of work, achievable only through the co-operative team of Sin Peng Engineering.
