As the economy progressed in those years,the Singapore government focused on the construction of housing estates to provide citizens with a higher standard of living. This led to an influx of demand for sheet metal fabrication. With the need to provide greater capacity apart from the flourishing construction industry, Sin Peng Engineering heavy investment into technology and machinery, hence pioneered Singapore’s first Automated Manufacturing plant.
Since then, Sin Peng Engineering has grown strong across diverse industries, through its abilities to recognize and react to the shift in sector growth from manufacturing, to electrical and electronics industries in the 1990's.
